Non-Profit / Faith Based
This is why God made me a film maker. Don’t get me wrong I love selling shoes, chocolate, cloths and cars. But when I get a chance to use my talent helping people and spreading Gods word, I’m in! For the past 3 years i’ve been blessed to work with Grooters Productions to travel all over the world making films for Voice of the Martyrs.

This is a small collection of some of my favorite work. Some I like because of the creative, some because of the hurdles we got over as a production, and some just make me smile.

Movies & Music videos
It all started at Art Center where I Directed and shot my first short film "Controlled Reality," shot in 35mm and edited on an avid. As of today I’v been the DP on 3 full length features. (You can see a complete list on IMDB- Bryan Papierski) I also have a ton of short films made to highlight a large assortment of companies. I’v also worked a bunch as a camera operator.

Product / Effects
Products and special effects, love em. I originally only did products in collage because it was so hard to get good actors to do student work for free.

People / Kids work
I believe my work with people and kids is so strong is because when I’m working with them, im working with THEM. And when it comes to working with kids… my secret is to play and not make it work. I’ve been told by mothers, that there kids trust me more than them, and you only have known them for a few moments. I think it’s also because I’m still a child at heart.

Still Photography
I started out in still photography in high school at Interlochen and collage at Art Center Pasadena. After one semester in the photography department i transferred to Film. As you can see I still love photography.
I was driving in the Kalamazoo/ Grand Rapids area in Michigan, and to my surprise I saw signs with images from the films/videos (all shot in 35mm) I shot and directed. So i called the production company and got a list of where all the signs were and took stills of them. As a DP I usably don’t see my stuff that big!
I also did a few days doing stills only for print.
This campaign won a tun of Addsy and Tellys for 3 years streight.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media is like doing TV spots but there are no rules. Just get to the point in 3 seconds. And it seema to be about quantity not quality. One client even said “Don’t make them too nice because people don’t want to be sold things , they just want to be shown things”
